The pasture keeping of our Limousin cattle, in a herd here at Bremerhof, is the supreme discipline and the most species-appropriate form of livestock keeping. The grassland feeding as well as the possibility to move freely promotes the tastiness of the meat and ensures a happy animal life.

Thus, in our packages there are not only noble cuts but also soup bones and soup meat. All cuts are weighed, labeled and vacuumed!

Since it is a natural product, the weights may vary slightly.

 

Maturation and storage

 

The meat is in refrigeration for maturing for about one week until it is marketed. Due to the fine fat marbling, which results from a lot of movement and slow growth, the meat is generally very tender and intense in flavor. The meat cuts are vacuum packed to save space, so a 10kg package will usually fit in a standard icebox or freezer. Freeze or prepare immediately upon receipt. However, if you wish, you can leave boneless roast cuts to mature in the vacuum bag for about a week at 2 - 7°C.

Payment

 

When ordering, you pay a deposit of 50% of the order value. The remaining amount is due upon pickup.
